Outbound works best when you start with clean accounts and only add people you actually need.

For this use case, clients share their target account list with us. Before identifying any contacts, we clean that list first. We remove noise caused by duplicate accounts, out-of-business companies, acquisitions, mergers, rebrands, and mismatches between account names and websites. Starting with a clean account list is important.

Without it, teams often end up pulling dozens of contacts from the same account, most of which they’ll never use. Once accounts are validated, we identify only the right people by role, seniority, and function. Every contact is verified for current employment, mapped to the correct account, and enriched with accurate email and phone data.
