Why company relationships matter
Company data isn’t always as simple as one person, one company, one domain.
In many CRMs, a contact may be linked to an account where the email domain doesn’t match the company website. This often happens when companies have parent-subsidiary structures, multiple brands, or shared domains. Our relationship detection step identifies company hierarchies, including parent, subsidiary, and related entities, to determine whether a contact is mapped to the correct account. If the relationship is valid, we confirm the mapping. If it isn’t, we flag the issue and move the contact to the correct account.
This prevents:
